Fake boobs look good in clothes. Naked? Not so much. They look like two hard rocks under your skin, and they don't hang naturally. Naked, they look weird.

I am already seriously considering it, since my bodytype just looks plain terrible with my barely a cup on it. people with big breasts always complain but I would feel so much better about my body if my breasts would just be in the right proportion. and getting it done doesn't nescessarily mean you get DD or bigger, I'd get a C, tops.

Telling someone to not get implants because of the 'hassles' of big boobs, is like telling someone "Don't color your hair red! It requires too much up-keep!"... Not to mention how silly it would be to tell someone something like "Don't color your hair! You should just accept the natural color you were born with!"... Tattoos, makeup, piercings etc - all are personal choices for fun (art), self expression and feeling good about yourself. Cosmetic surgery can be categorized in the same boat. =) As long as whomever is 'altering' their appearance is happy, then that's all that matters. <3.

@Hillary T. I agree that people shouldn't judge people on if they want a breast reduction or to get implants, and that they should do it as long as they are doing it for the right reasons. They shouldn't do it for anyone else, or even really for self esteem issues, they need to do it for the fact that they like it and prefer it (you can be that way and not have it be self-esteem), or health reasons. If it is self-esteem issues they will just find something new to change about themselves. As for the depression part, something like that will not help depression, it will help the person feel better for a very very short period of time (from a couple hours to a couple weeks, a month tops), and even then it doesn't help that much in that period. So no, it isn't a solution, it doesn't fix it. People who do it for self-esteem issues or depression need psychological help, not body mod. Trust me, I am one of those depressed people. But like I said, I agree, they shouldn't be judged, I just hope they do it for the right reasons. And honestly, anyone with any tattoos, piercings, or any other body modifications have a right to judge, because a boob job is just another form of what they have done. I love body modification, it can be a beautiful art, I have multiple piercings (with more to come), working on covering my body in tats, and have been contemplating pointing my ears (elf ears).

I'm a 38G and it's hard and expensive to find good bras that don't look like bulletproof vests. Mine are natural and I would caution you against doing it. Clothing is hard to find as well when you're this big.

Janney, if you really want them, go for it! :) I have naturally big boobs, 40F. I would get them enhanced if I didn't have them naturally. I could care less about what other people thought. Plus, it's your body! (We all alter our body one way or another!) And guess what? You can learn to make your own clothes to fit your new figure! Plus, there's lots of places that accommodate larger bust sizes now than in the past! I just read a site that caters to M sizes :D

I'm a 36D. I've always had big boobs but I'm proportionate lol. 36-27-38 measurements. Big boobs suck period. I wish they were smaller sometimes because I feel like tops fall better on girls with smaller boobs (maybe a c). But anyway do what will you make you feel most confident =]. Good luck!

I've had them done.. I went from a 34a to 34dd 275cc round textured silicone over the muscle.. Recovery was simple and I've had no issues since.. Mine don't look fake at all. If you want to do it then go for it I say!

I was a 32AAA after I had 4 kids. I felt horrible about myself, not that anyone ever said anything, I was very very very embarrased and selfaware that I was not that attractive with my top off. In 1992, after I was done having babies, I had my first silicone implants put in under the muscle and incision was at the nipple like a half moon. 350cc (full C) Had them 16 years and revised them in late 2007 to 500cc. I was a washboard with nipples and did this to feel pretty and sexy about me. I needed to feel like a woman, but some of you make me feel like a stupid ignorant human being. I love my fake boobs!!

How much were y'all's implants? Just curious... I'm a 38D and I never have back problems I had two boys so my boobs went to a DD for a while women with small breast can sometimes put stuff in there bras to make them appear bigger just when the clothes come off the "boobs" go with 'em

I used to have a 32a chest and I hated it. I was so pear shaped and hated it. So I got implants. I didn't do it for attention or to get a boyfriend, I did it to look better for myself. I hate it when others tell people like me we're 'bad' and should be better people by loving our natural shape. Yes, cos telling someone who feels down over their body that they're also 'bad' for wanting to change it will help their self esteem! I had my surgery 7 years ago and got 340cc silicone implants under the muscle and through the crease. I've never regretted it and most people who know me don't have a clue because they look perfectly natural. As for how they look naked, my friends think they're awesome and guys are generally very happy too! Obviously it's not a decision to take lightly, it should be thought about long and hard and researched thoroughly. I saw 5 different surgeons before I made my choice and just went with my gut. I'm now a happy and proportional 34d. Ok so this was long and rambling, sorry, but it's a subject close to my heart! Lol. Hope this helps!

I'm 30 now I'm a size 8 and 47kgs, I've had mine for 7 years now I wish I really thought about it, I did study I did get mine done by a top surgeon with no dramas, they do lose size after time plus they can be uncomfortable plus I got a few pains a few months ago but had ultra sound they are fine, can sleep on stomach or get a massage or I find it hard to sleep on side as they weight falls down. Look wise they are great that's pretty much it really honestly, is the look..

I've not had an augmentation, but my best friend had one about two years ago. she went from a b cup to a small d cup with saline implants and is very happy with her results, and I have to say she looks great! she had a lot of post op pain but once she fully recovered she didn't have any problems. another of my friends had an augmentation about six years ago (also going from a b cup to a d) but later had her implants removed because she didn't like the way they looked and felt. I think women should be able to do whatever they like as far as their bodies and appearance are concerned as long as they're smart and safe about it. so do your research, and go for whatever makes you happy.
