Bleach the hair on the brows or put concealer on them & then try to fill them in with her right color brow powder / pencil.

If she done it proffessionally then tell her to go back and complain I done that about a haircut yesterday and they redone my hair for free :) if not then I suggest going to a proffessional to get them lightened

That happened to my mom (she's blonde I know, we don't look like. Lol. ) anyways she got it done at a salon and them they just bleached them. Little but and it turned brown. But that was the second time. The first time she just washed her face a few times and it got lighter after a week or two.

Even getting a white eyeliner pencil possibly even like a light cream eyeshadow or lipstick...then filling them n with the right color my soften it a bit.

The color will fade in a few days, my mom does it all the time, try applying petroleum jelly to speed up the fading
