It didn't really work for me and after a while my shampoo smelled really bad. I figured out a homemade serum of avocado oil, castor oil, && coconut oil. Its half castor and half coconut oil and a little bit of avocado oil. Just put it onto your scalp over night and wash it out in the morning. It works really great.

Prenatal vitamins will only make your hair gross and ruin your shampoo if you crush them and add them to your daily routine.
Also, if you take prenatal vitamins orally, they're meant for pregnant women so they're is a very high chance they'll make gaining weight easier and harder to lose weight.
Biotin is the best option. I've been taking the vitamins for a week and already my hair feels and looks healthier.
(A Learning Leader from my Paul Mitchell School whose been in the beauty industry for 22 years answered my questions about the prenatal vitamins)

Birthcontrol, is not ONLY to not get pregnant. It also helps with hormone imbalances. So please, when people come asking for suggestions, its for just that, suggestions and questions. Trying to ridicule them by pretending you know every single fact, only ridicules yourself.
The prenatal in the shampoo helps my hair from falling.
The birthcontrol I mentioned, I know for a fact. I have a hormonal imbalance and thats actually what was prescribed to me, so that I CAN get pregnant.
Everything has alternate uses. Everybody is different.
Blessed day to all.

Yes it does work I tried this about a year ago because my hair kept falling out due to symptoms of my HyperThyroid and after about of month of puting the pills in my shampoo. when I would brush my hair you could feel and definetly notice I had more hair and other people noticed too complementing my hair looked longer and my bald spots were gone! I denietly recomend this for people with hair loss. PS I used to put about 6-7 crushed pills in one shampoo boddle I also suggest you mix water so it mixes right or uputyou can mix it in a sandwich bag.

People are so stupid 😂 Anyone who said "it's stupid to put birth control in your hair" your so dumb 😂 Get your facts straight before you put some dumb stuff up. Their MULTI VITAMINS and as a woman you should know the difference lmao and you don't put them in your shampoo. You put it in your conditioner. And it does work. I had really dead hair from me dying it myself for so long so I started buying good stuff for it and taking really good care of it but it still wouldn't grow as much as ide like.I've had a number of professional hair dressers advice the prenatal pills. Also Nioxin. And it's actually been helping. You can take it orally or through the hair. Mainly for people like some of you who think your taking "birth control" lmfao
