Mac Emphasize highlight??

I was watching YouTube tonight and a couple of the girls used Mac emphasize to set their under eye concealor. My question is is it worth it for me since I don't have oily skin but I do like the highlight it gives for under eyes and is there a different brand beside Mac for a white powder?

Emphasize is my go to for highlighting. In my opinion: it is not a must have because there are so many other good highlighters for half the price. Unless you are a Mac fanatic, are filling up a blush pallet or don't mind paying $16.50
