Do NOT shave your face hun! You should really try waxing. You can get it at any nail salon place. I recommend it! Leaves your face feeling smooth and also makes your makeup settle in better

I don't know exactly, but someone has told me before that women in Japan normally shave their face because it helps their skin. & I don't recommend you apply nair on your face, you might get a bad reaction to it, but I'm not completely sure anyway.

I've been using an eyebrow shaver for my facial hair for years...it's not going to hurt in the least. Do what you want! :) xoxo.

No, I'm sorry Hun. Unless you're a man shave the face but not a woman.
You can get facial hair threaded, laser, waxed off.
Shaving will make the hair, not grow thicker but, more coarse

I hate the little hairs on my face! Would nair be okay?

Nair can be harsh but if it works for you that's cool. Sugaring or waxing is good or even threading but just know that removing this fine hair can sometimes lead to thicker hair.

Actually, shaving isn't as bad as everyone thinks it is. I shave my upper lip and I find it to be much better than getting waxed. The hairs don't grow back thicker and darker like everyone says it does; that's a myth. I prefer to shave my upper lip because it's quick, painless, and I can apply my makeup right afterwards, whereas with waxing I'd have to wait 24 hours so I wouldn't irritate the area. I've also heard it "exfoliates", but I'm not sure how true that is.

I agree with Lauren, I do the same. You just do it lightly with a well bladed razor. And shes right on the grow back thing, it comes out fine like before atleast for me. I can't wax because it irrirates my skin and breaks me out, I can't bleach because I'm super allergic to it, and I can't do nair anymore because the chemicals burn my skin so quickly and leave nasty results.

If you start shaving now it will just make the hairs on your face grow back thicker and also quicker, if you look at men who shave their face they always have stubble. It could also lead you to getting shaving spots aswell so I recommend getting hair removal creams that are suitable for your face

I think it grows back quicker when shaving because when I use creams on my legs it takes longer for the hair to grow than when I use a razor

Hi I'm a cosmetologist! shaving will not affect the thickness of your hair! does it get thicker with hair cuts? NO!
sorry sarah, I'm not trying to yell at you. your method works for you so stick with it and ignore these rude girls.
ladies-words are much more powerful online. more emotion can easily be read into them so when giving an opinion think about how the asker will feel when they see your words. right now the lot of you sound like snooty twits. its not becoming.
