They sell a wash designed for it called blender cleanser and it works well. I believe you could use any brush cleanser though or dish soap face wash and shampoo.

I use warm water and mild dish soap. It's a pain to work in the soap and rinse. I feel like I never get all the makeup out or it takes forever to rinse all the soap out! To me it's worth it though because it does such a great job applying my foundation
