Whatever you do DO NOT TOUCH IT because I had one a couple years back and it got so bad that I got a huge infection and I had to go the emergency room and I still have a scar and it's been nearly 5 years. Go to a dermatologist if it is that bad cuz it could be a cyst.

What did was steam my face with hot water to open my pores and then I used an honey/cinnamon mask let that sit for 10 mins then I rinse with hot water then I rinse with color water to close my pores. Then before bed I did the same thing except I used my facial cleanser. I hope this helps. And don't touch your face if your hands not clean. But mine went down and then two days later away.

I have those too! I find that a baking soda scrub helps. Witch hazel or a good toner helps too. I actually really love Aveda's toner. Anyways, clay face masks are awesome too and always moisturize your face!
