people tell me I look 15 until I open my mouth. then they know I'm old. I'm 30. its a good thing to look younger.
play around with hair styles. you have a beautiful face. you don't have to do much makeup. how you carry yourself and having individual style makes you come off your actual age.
or in my case, saying whatever comes to mind shows ppl I'm too old to Care? hmm, maybe.
stay young while you can.. enjoy it..

I think more so your hair , I'd suggest straightening it that might help a little. Also winged eyeliner & lipstick also. Hope this helps

Embrace your young face instead of trying to work against it. I grew up experiencing the same flak as you. I felt like such impostor by "aging" myself that it only lasted for a few days. You will come to appreciate your youthful appearance when you're older. I'm 39 and now people think I'm in my 20's...now that's a compliment I love. :)

Girl please keep that hair natural! It's beautiful! I don't that has anything to do with it. I say define those brows, use some blusher (not on the apples of your cheeks), and any eye type of eye makeup. (:
