Well I use a blow dryer followed by a flat iron about once a week.. is that too much? And I might bleach my hair so..what would be too much then? And any good products for dry hair?

Okay well I only straighten my hair for school but since it's summer I'll have 2 months off and I won't need to straighten my hair unless I go somewhere important

But the last time I bleached my hair I did it like 4 times and then started flat ironing it right away and it got so short! luckily it was a small section of hair but still

I don't go over 350-375. I use heat protectant and when I'm done I run a leave in conditioner or Moroccan oil through my hair. Then it's straight, healthy and shiny!

Yeah, that's too much. If you're doing it every day, I'm surprised you're asking this question! Figure out different things to do with your hair other than straightening it. And get a heat protectant spray. Bleaching will damage it, so I wouldn't bleach it.

Turn the heat down a little even if you do it once a week. Use a heat deffense spray or gel I like Loreal Paris Hot Straight Spray personaly! Bleaching is risky so do some more research about bleaching for your hair type first. Oh and also Morrocan oil is meant to be amazing I just bought it yesterday so I haven't tried it but I'm super exited to!! :)
