Prom makeup, do you think it works?

My prom is next year, but I'm already thinking about the details, I was wondering if this would be ok for a blue dress, short in the front and long on the back, and black heels. the black part is glittery, I don't know if you can tell.

Blend a little more and lighten it up more in the tear ducts to the middle.

Try a lighter look. As I say sometimes your eye makeup does NOT have to match your outfit! Try a more natural look! The lips may need to go a little lighter and try a thinner line of eyeliner. Also get rid of the black it makes you look dark and you don't want that at prom! Try nudes and natural tones! And add a lighter pink blush to it!!
