I need some help. I usually do a cat eye. But my hooded lids cover most of the makeup. Can someone help me out and tell me some good makeup tutorials/ tips.

Get a egg & only use the egg white & put it on your hooded eyelid keep doing 2x daily works wonders!!
I let it dry and put eye primer on & then eyeshadow :)
