For the girls out there that have tried the no 'poo method, is it really worth it? I love my Organix shampoo and conditioner, but it the no 'poo method is as good as everyone says it is for your hair, I may have to try it! Thoughts?

It's where you don't use shampoo or conditioner because they strip your hair of natural oils. Instead you use baking soda and I think vinegar

The only downfall is that at the beginning while your hair is getting use to it your hair seems super greasy, so just ease your way into it, and that really doesn't even last long. I now only wash my hair once a week and love it. Way better for the hair and saves money. Also you don't have to do baking soda (or whichever you choose) every day, just when you find it too oily. Never heard of using vinegar.

So would you say maybe like instead of shampooing, use baking soda a few times and just gradually increase the number? And I heard of using vinegar to act as a conditioner.

I honestly don't start using any kind of powder until I get to day three without washing. Didn't use any at the beginning until I go to where I was going 3 days without. I started out washing every other day, when it got to the point where it wasn't very greasy from that anymore I started going two days, and so on until I got to the point where I wanted.

Use apple cider vinegar as a conditioner!
I gave up no poo today. I liked my hair but it was oily for much longer than it should have been. And I tried many variations. :/

Yeah, I don't use baking powder, I get No Drought, sure it might be a little expensive for what it really is but all natural ingredients (no bleach then) and smells so frickin good. There are several other options to though, like baby powder. Pretty much any absorbing powder, just make sure no damaging ingredients.
