I'm finally allowed to wear some make up, but just the basics.. (Foundation, concealer, blush, mascara) know any places that has good quality make up, but isn't too pricy? Thanks.

Walmart or Walgreens. Maybelline and lorreal are the brands I've had the best luck with. May bellines mascara are awesome and lorreals foundations are good.

As Leila said, Maybelline and loreal products are great. You should be able to find these at your local drugstore.

I agree, maybelline, revlon, nyx and elf are good places to start. All of them have online catalogs so maybe do a lil research for the kinds of things you want :) have fun!
