I have to wear tights for work and I want to know how to make them last longer since I always end up tearing them. I heard that spraying hairspray on the inside works but I was wondering if there are other methods.

Well, if you wear them a lot and tend to pull them up of scratch your legs , I suggest clipping your nails +I don't know how long your nails are but that is a tip if you don't care much about having long nails , or spraying hairspray inside the tights works really really good! you should try that!

I've heard freezing them when you first buy them helpa tighten the threads in tights which helps them last longer. I've never tried it because well, *ain't nobody got time for that* but you never know... it could work miracles!
