Water! Drink as much of it as you can a day and you will see a difference! Extra Virgin Coconut Oil has been doing wonders for my skin, I only use it as a night cream though because it takes forever to absorb. If you are looking for something more conventional, the Olay moisturizers are good.

Jojoba oil is the closest in molecular structure to our skins natural oil, and rosehip oil is great for regenerating skin cells... I only use certified organics... Like right now I'm using Kora rosehip oil and it does wonders for my dry skin!

I agree with Sarah , I use the oil cleansing method and rarely need to moisturize my skin. If I do I use a few drops of Jojoba oil or Almond oil (( organic too ).

@Mia , I use extra virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer after a shower , down side is it does take a while to absorb so I too do it at night.
