More practice hun!! try liquid liner like we said and do the line a little less thick and its a bit out to far. Don't worry tho you will get it soon! I suggest you watch more tutorials! keep it up!! :)

I'd have to comply with the other lovely ladies on the thickness and shape. I think it would help immensely if you used a black eyeshadow with a thin angled brush to make an outline before going over it with eyeliner. I really like Karla's shape; something like that is much more modern.
As far as the length of the wing it's up to you. I have friends to do it as long as yours and some who do teensy little baby wings. In my opinion, both look great.

You didn't do bad! I would advise using a liquid or gel liner rather than a pencil because pencil is more prone to fading,smudging and creasing which isn't ideal for a winged liner effect x

There is no one perfect wing that works for everyone. Our eyes are all shaped differently. There are so many great ways to do liner.
