Mac's gel eyeliner , it least long and adds that dramatic effect. However if your not use to gel eyeliners then I suggest a revlons liquid eyeliner since it's easier to apply and last long.

It seems there is a trick in putting eyeliner in the water line, depending on if its before or after moisturizer because sometimes it runs, sometimes it doesn't, still haven't determined the trick especially with my oily eyes. Benefit eyeliner works well for me when I do the right combo with my eyes.

I agree with Whitney! Revlon colorstay doesn't stray and I always come back to it. I use it on my top lash like and another liner, sometimes a softer brown or plum, on my lower mash line. The waterline is a different story. I've tried a lot of liners and its hard to make any of them stay.

I love all of Urban Decays eyeliners, their liquids, pencils, and creams (except the white cream, it has glitter in it making it not glide on so well); they are all so amazing in my opinion. They all stay super well and glide on very nicely. I have tried other brands and they are my fave.
