Red lips would look gorgeous, and this dress looks perfect on you! For accessories, silver and sparkly would match it most. And for hair, down and curly always adds more pezazz to a look. :)

Beautiful dress!!
because there is a shoulder strap with beading on it you should wear a bracelet and short earings. the reason I am saying this is because the strap with the beading acts as a neck piece. if you add a necklace it will look crowded. as of makeup pick with natural colours. they will look beautiful with the dress. I'm not to sure on the red lipstick, I'm not the biggest fan of putting two primary colors together.
for eyes maybe some eyeliner and maybe a light brown/gold eyeshadow

I wore a dark blue dress on my prom, My hair was up in a stylish bun and my eyes was dark and blue with light pink lipstick and I used only 2 braclets full of diamonds... I think you would look beautiful with the same kinda look ☺
