Hard candy has a brush/highlighter that's gorgeous! I'm not sure if they're in the uk as well! Xoxo.

If you can order online Elf Cosmetics (www.eyeslipsface.com) has a shimmering facial whip that I love using as a highlight. The texture and pay off remind me of Benefit High Beam and it's only a dollar...Physicians Formula also offers a couple good highlighting products such as there Shimmer Strips Blush/Highlighter, L'oreal Studio Secrets Magic Lumi Highlighting Wand...and if you still can't find one of those you can always use an ivory/light shimmer eyeshadow as a highlighter.
