For a while I've been thinking about bleaching the tips of my hair [ dark blonde] it's getting long so if it comes out bad, then I can jsut cut it off. but what is your opinion on this? dye parts blonde or leave it dark??what is the best bleach to use??and can it still make my hair fall out if I only bleach the tips?

If your hair is extremely processed it's possible for the tips to break off that you have used bleach on but I say go ahead and go for it if you're okay with losing the length that you have dyed.

I wouldn't dye the ends of black hair blonde I would leave it dark. :))

Yeah leave it dark because itll look like you have dyed your hair blonde once and your roots are black and itll look like you need a touch up

For some reason black with blonde tips just looks tacky to me. It doesn't work quite like the reverse of that.

I agree with Heather C. I think the black with blonde tips look tacky. If you want best of both worlds, try doing peek-a-boo's! Black hair with blonde peeks look hella cute!

I like it on julez and I don't think it looks tacky. I think it looks kinda sexy. Go for it just be careful not to over colour as your hair will break.

@Cheri C thanks love. but your right, get the right shade of blonde and do not over color. I did that w red ombre and I had to cut 3 inches my hair when I did the red ombre :(
