So I am growing out my hair and I've found about the same amount thinning out of nowhere, is it normal?

Hair grows in cycles. We all experience periods of increased shedding now and then, but if it's excessive and you notice actual thinning at the scalp rather than just increased shedding, it could indicate an internal issue that you should get diagnosed.

It might be a medical health issue as leuca said gwt diagnosed , if you use heat and detangle your hair with force it might be your hair breaking if not please check a doctor hun
