Okay so I have been trying to grow my hair for a long time it's just my hair never grows and it has also thinned a lot!! I have done the deep conditioning, the leave in conditioners , and the hair cutting. I'm just not sure what else to do for my hair because it's like not working for me!
Products I use:
Garnier sleek and shine for shampoo and garnier grow strong for conditioner. For deep conditioner I use whole blends and for leave in I use Tee tree moisturizer

There's not miracle product or techniques to make hair grow as hair growth is based on genetics. If you're really having issues then see a doctor to get a blood panel done just to make sure you don't have any deficiencies that can be affecting your hair growth. Otherwise here are some things you can do:
-Use sulphate free shampoos
-Use a hair mask at least one a week
-Don't brush hair when wet
-Use as little heat as possible
-Use a heat protectant when you do use heat
-Make sure your buns/ponytails aren't too tight
-Drink plenty of water and keep yourself healthy as well
I wouldn't advise taking biotin, hairfinity, or any other hair, skin, and nail supplements until you get a blood panel done.

I would suggust getting your blood tested, because I had the exact same problems. My hair became quite a bit thinner and would only grow an inch over the course of six months. When I became concerned by how thin my hair had become, I went in and got my blood tested. I found out that I was anemic (body has a hard time producing enough iron) and had dangerously low iron levels. I had to start taking iron supplements which has considerably helped my hair and nails. This may not be the case for you, but it might not be a bad idea to check your blood levels every once and a while to make sure you are always healthy.
