Nothing at all!?! Well then you definitely need to find some products suitable for you skin!
Fist step will be to find out what your skin type is, any skin care counter should be able to help you with that! It's good to know if it's dry or dehydrated!
But if we assume it's dry you should find a cleanser suited for dry skin, this means one that will clean your skin without drying it out! Then you need a toner to restore the balance in your skin. I use one for dry skin that both restore the balance but also hydrate my skin! The I would look into a facial oil or a hydrating serum to really add moisturiser to your face and then finish up with a good moisturiser!
I use the line aquasource from Biotherm but I heard that it's not available in the states, so you could look into Clinique which also has a great line for dry skin, you could check out their moisturiser sugent (I believe it it's called) line :)

It's moisture surge. It works but it seriously stinks. I'm against fragrance but this stuff stinks... Their other creams are not enough for my skin. I prefer Kiehl's Rosa Artica.

Thank you for correcting me Nathalie :) I have used the moisturiser and never experienced any unpleasant smell from it! It's all about finding what works for ones skin!

Sabrina, it's funny because it stinks so badly that I brought it back to the counter, but apparently it's normal, it's the ingredients. Their tester was just the same.

Well again smell is a very individual thing, what may "stink" to do maight not to someone else. To me it smells like a cream.
Its a shame that you had a bad experinece with the product but as with all skin care and all makeup what works for some doesn't work for others.

I agree with clinique 's moisture surge, I use the moisturize surge intense moisturizer in the pink tub and it's so hydrating. my nose can get really dry and peely but this one keeps it smooth all day.
