So my two year old broke into my makeup, and long story short, she destroyed everything. the only thing I still have is my mascara, but I was looking into replacing it. it was beginning to clump really bad. so... after much thought I am needing to replace my products. I want to replace them with something that gives me good quality but doesn't break the bank.
in regards to foundation, I have normal combo sensitive skin and am very very fair. I don't have yellow tones or pink tones. I don't really like matte finishes, but I also don't want anything too dewy. I do like the glow though. I would like a medium coverage. I am also looking for a primer to help with longevity and color correction. I have very red cheeks from rosacea.
I'd like to find an eye shadow palette that plays up my blue eyes in a subtle way, and I love neutrals.
then a lip stick that would be neutral or a little more but nothing bold. but doesn't dry out my lips.
I'm sorry for an overload. thank you ladies so much! any suggestions are appreciated :)

I was just going to suggest nyx because the quality is amazing for the price. And for foundation, if you don't like matte but don't want to be too dewy either try loreal true match! Its amazing.

For foundation I would suggest the Maybelline Fit Me liquid foundation. They have a matte finish and also a dewy finish. I think the dewy finish would be great for you because it gives a subtle glow without being too dewy. It has a good amount of coverage too.

For redness, NYX makes a green primer.

For foundation, L'orèal has the True Match foundation.
The lightest shades C1 (pink undertone), N1 (neutral undertone) and W1 (yellow undertone)
I'd go in and see which matches cause the undertones aren't super bold like some higher end brands.
I would have suggested the Maybelline as well but I find that their matter version is quite matte and their dewy version is too dewy.
Then again, if it's too matte you could just add a tiny bit of moisturizer to give a little bit of glow and not look too matte
