To be honest for a balayage I strongly suggest going to a salon Cuz achieving that look at home I see you running I to problems especially if your trying to stay away from the brassy tones.

I agree with Danica doing styles like balayage or ombre on your hair could be very difficult unless you have lots of experience.
Going to a salon would be your best bet.

I like the second photo the best. However go to a salon! Especially if you are wanting it for your wedding! Trust me, you don't wanna look back on your pictures and wonder what you were thinking. Since your hair is dark with the highlights, I don't think it would be difficult for a professional to fix, but I wouldn't suggest trying it at home. A toner isn't going to give you that look and a purple shampoo will only help with keeping your hair from look brassy after you get it done. I know you said you can't afford a salon, but I wouldn't try doing this any other way. Blonde is super hard to do and you don't want to end up with really dry, orange, or worse - melted hair. Sorry this wasn't much help, but I just wouldn't risk trying to do this on your own right before your wedding! Congratulations by the way!

I understand not having the funds for a salon visit. but honestly doing something like the pics, you'll need a professional. if you have salon schools, where students do hair, it can be way less. they are supervised by licensed professionals. if by some off chance your is messed up, the teacher/licensed professional could fix it best to their ability. that's my only advice.
