You'll have to look for a blue shampoo/or toner apposed to purple :)

I don't know if you can get Avon where you are and as weird as it sounds because they aren't a super good brand if you know what I'm saying but their shampoo for "silver" hair is one of my favourite blue based purple shampoos I could find, another good one is the fudge purple shampoo as it's very pigmented, I don't have too many recommendations as I too found it very hard to find any sort of blue products haha. :)

Shimmer lights is blue violet but still has violet, also keeping in mind that when you start lathering the color lightens to like lilac.
A better option is the Matrix Silver shampoo.
It's very much, blue.
You can put it in quite thick on dry hair and then rinse out after a few minutes but I think using a blue hair dye with conditioner helps cause basically tone and use a treatment. Two birds with one stone... Well, step lol which is noce
