I think it's a bit quirky and fun, but it's mostly just to get your name more popularity.

I remember watching a haul video where the girl wouldn't say the name of Orgasm. She called it "The O" blush or something. I think if you're too embarrassed to say the name, you probably shouldn't use the product. Honestly, a company could probably call a product Dog Shit and if it looked awesome, I'd use it.
