I think it would look lovely if you used a darker eyeshadow in the outer V of the eye and a transition color on the crease :) And then I would add some eyeliner just to make the lashes look fuller :) The lip color is cute!

I thought about the shadow sabrina, to add depth to my eyes but I was undecided on a shade to use for it to go well with the bold lip and still be simple as I wanted it to be. what shadow color for the outer V do you suggest sabrina?

Oh I know that feeling ;) To keep it simple I normally take a very light matte brown to the crease (just a few shades darker then my skin) and then I use a brown that's a few shades darker then the crease color on the outer V :) I feel that these colors look so so neutral that it's easily pared with a bold lip! And I feel that when you have a bold lip the eyes need just a bit of definition so they still stand out :)
