Using tape is like amazing for using liquid eyeliner for wings and stuff. Makes it very precise! Michelle Phan on YouTube, had a great tutorial on using liquid eyeliner.

Don't use tape, it pulls at the delicate skin of your eyes and causes wrinkles even if you "take some of the stickiness off on the back of your hand" like some people suggest. Honestly just practice, practice makes perfect.

I have had a lot of practice with it, but when I'm in a hurry and I don't have time to make it smooth, I use piece of paper folded a few times or something solid and sharp edged like a credit card :)

Alexis, I know multiple older ladies who have different skin,
Different eye shape etc... Who used tape since they were teenagers and they've never had any issues of getting wrinkles that were caused by it. They took the stickiness off like you mentioned every time they did it. In fact, Haven, I forgot to mention that you should take some of the stickiness off and not to rip :)

I think you should use like those little marker thingies.. I use those and I just started and you have a lot of control over them and they give you accurate lines! :)

Lots and lots of practice. The perfect wing takes time. And you will probably not get them looking the same for a while. And get a felt tip liquid eyeliner pen. You can get them basically anywhere. Like other people have said come out from the corner of the eyre and don't go further then the edge of your eye brow. If you have a day where you are doing nothing practice a lot. It's fun but hard to get the perfect wing.
