Personally I think the warmer colors will in fact pull forward the green in your eyes more than the blue. I really like dark eyeshadow on blue eyes, like smokey eyes. But rose gold and lighter shades of gold would really bring out the blue. I'll show you a few pictures that brought out blue eyes

See, where as this girl used warm shades and it definitely brought out the green areas in her blue eyes.

So I think cool colors and darker shades would make it pop more than warm shades.

I agree with Renay, but as someone with hazel eyes (brown-green) there's endless options to make your eyes pop. Like I'll buy a new shadow and go "whoa this makes my eyes look super green" and it'll be a cool toned brown, even though color theory wise a red toned brown would make them pop more. So just experiment! You'll find you're instant popping color lol
