Hm, that's odd. I've been wearing contacts for twelve years and rarely have issues with my eyeliner affecting my contacts. What eyeliners have you tried? It's entirely possible that it's because your eyeliners are a little too old or are going off, but in any case three liners that I've never had issues with are Urban Decay, Marc Jacobs and Make Up For Ever. I find that because I wear contacts, high end products work much better for me since they typically contain higher quality ingredients.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to recommend a drugstore liner pencil because every one that I've tried has either smudged like crazy or been super grey instead of black. I do really recommend the three that I've listed above, they're all really wonderful pencils.

I wear contacts only sporadically, but I've never had issues with rimmel scandaleyes waterproof liner. And for reference, I have the world's most sensitive eyes lol.

I recommend the Jordana pencil liners. they're very creamy and last very long. also they're only about $3.

@ Kells A. I usually find Jordana at a Walgreens so maybe if you have one near you...?

What type or eyeliner are you using? Liquid or pencil?
