So after 3 appointments to going a full blonde to go metallic, my roots have been growing out and I changed my mind and decided I'd wait to grow out my hair to dye my hair a brown or dark brown, but I cannot wait any longer! Lol
I want to dye my hair from a box dye. I've only done it once when I went red but other than that I've done it professionally for 4 years now.
I have a golden blonde with done brown and dark brown in my roots.
I want to go to a chocolate brown, brown or dark brown but I don't know the process I need to take from getting rid of my blonde hair to brown.
Any step recommendations, if any?
And any hair dye products that won't damage my hair x:

#1 would look AMAZING! I recommend Garnier Nutrisse box dye! It's one of the least damaging on the market, and has a great selection of colors to choose from! I believe they have a few shades almost exactly like all of the pictures!! :)

Your hair is already blonde so you just have to dye, there's not other step for you since you don't have to bleach :) I would just recommend being careful when you choose your dye, be sure to have a color with a undertone you like, since it's hard to correct it when it's dyed. Garnier Olia are the less damaging dyes I know, and they have a lot of nice shades.

Thank you girlies so much! (:. Garnier it is!
Laura, I have a question.
So should I go with a brown based dye just in case in the future I want to dye it black?
Which base would be best?x:

Well if you often change your hair color, I would agree on the brown based dye since it's more neutral :) but if you will dye your hair black, the undertone of your brown shade doesn't really matter since it will be covered :) it's harder to get rid of an undertone when you go lighter. For example if you have brown with a red undertone, if you bleach it, it will turn into a strange orange/blonde :)
