Any suggestions of simple curly, frizzy hair and how to get the curls to look really good without heat?

You could try plopping! There are lots of YouTube videos on how to do it.

Try using coconut oil or an anti frizz cream paired with a bit of hair mousse combed through, never brush you hair out! After a shower gently comb while wet then add mousse! That's how.

Girl, I know the struggle, trust me, lol. I use frizzease which kinda tames my hair, but having the uncontrollable nest of hair I have, I usually just use a headband curling technique.
