To buy or not to buy? It's almost $10 for this little thing, so I want to get input from others that have used it.

My skin is super dry and irritable in the winter - I've got itchy bumps, and when I itch they get even worse, and sometimes I even scratch my skin raw :/

Burt's Bees "milk and honey nourishing" has been helping, but it seems to get absorbed really quickly, and I have to apply more.

1) Would skin oil (after showering) help with my issues?
2) If you've used this stuff, do you like it or no, and why?
3) Does it leave a film or anything like that? Bc that would drive me crazy lol
