I have acne on my upper back. Should I wash it with my proactive face wash? Or what are some products you recommend for it?

I have an amazing exfoliating cloth, it actually is just a rough towel like thing! It opens the pores and I got it at the dollar store!

When I was in junior high, I had the same problem. I used to mix equal parts tea tree oil and water in a spray bottle and apply it after I showered.

Another simple thing, make sure your hair isn't resting on you back in the shower, especially when you have conditioner on it.

You can definitely use proactive on your back ,it's made with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid and it's strong so it would be better for body skin in my opinion.

I also agree with Sandy T about using the Neutrogena body clear body scrub. In addition, when I rinse out the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, I always tip my head forward so that my hair and the hair products don't sit on my back.

Neutrogena body scrub and a loofah cleared my exercise-induced bacne right up. Fyi loofahs need to be replaced once a week because they are a breeding ground for bacteria.

I learned this cool idea
By all natural honey you can get it any where
Then buy lemons
Cut the lemons then put the honey on the cut lemon and start scribing the lemon on your face with the honey. Your face will be soft and it should clear your blackheads and pimples. Hope I helped a little. 😊😊😊
