I say tucked in if you have a blazer or cardigan with it but if it's by itself, then I say untucked.

I think they both look good - tucked in looks more put together and not tucked in looks more laid back so I guess it depends on the look you're going for.

Defeats the purpose of wearing high waisted jeans if you wear them covered lol plus the pockets look weird since they're higher up.
