I dont use concealer under my eyes when i apply foundation becausr i think foundation covers up too. should I use concealer for my eyes too?

Yes. But only if u have any blemishes, bags (under eyes), or redness spots.

It's completely optional. I feel that concealer should cover dark under eye circles & other discolored areas. If foundation does the trick, You're fine. :)

You can use lighter concealer to give light ( even foundation ) but you don t have to if you think your foundation is enough!

If you think it looks good without and only feel you should after reading that others dont then no, not everyone needs it. I feel that way about myself, I only use it because I like the look of a super bright highlighted undereye area. If anything, just use a light lumizing under eye concealer. That will add some brightness there since you dont have to worry about coverage.
