Help bring out my eyes?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you all could help. I have hazel eyes that look brown most of the time and you could only really see all of the green and gold when the sunlight hits them. I want to be able to bring out the green and gold without the suns help. What do you guys suggest?

I also have hazel eyes, although mine are pretty equal parts green and brown, if not, maybe a little more brown. However, I find that purple brings out my green really well. Like a nice medium shade of violet - not pastel, and not so dark you can't tell its purple. :)
