I would just get laser hair removal so I don't have to shave or wax lol but actual cosmetic surgery not now maybe in my 50's I'm happy the way I was created and my hubby loves me ;)) just workout eat healthy

I wouldn't get any myself. Not unless I'd had an injury and like my nose was super crooked or something lol. But I think if someone wants to go through with it that's their choice. If it boosts their confidence and improves their quality of life then good for them. But I do think the more natural and subtle it looks the better. I don't think it should be blatantly obvious someone has had anything done. And there is a point when its too much.

Sarah J why the rib removal? I have one less rib on my right side as they needed it for bone graft glue thing during spinal surgery, its kind of weird without just one. Anyway I have natural under eye circles that make me look permantly tired, probz get rid of those (tried everything else to get rid, come to the conclusion they are genetic)

I don't know if this count but lasik as my eye sight is not the best. I had braces before, don't know if that counts either.
I am content with myself with my flaws and all and honestly would never get any unless it's actually for health reasons but just for the sake of meeting beauty 'standards' then no.

I got a would love to get my nose done but I think only if it was broken and definitely laser hair removal because I'm lazy, I got a voucher for it recently only to find out laser hair removal doesn't wolf on me because of my red hair and super pale skin :-(

I think when you get ribs removed, they would only remove your "false ribs." There are five sets of ribs that are not actually attached to the sternum, rib sets 8, 9, and 10 are attached to the rib above it by cartilage alone. The bottom two sets aka the "floating ribs" are not even attached by any cartilage and those would probably be the only ones removed. Since the ribs are all still attached to thoracic vertebrae it would also make sense that they leave the back of the ribs intact to protect organs deom behind and make for an easier surgery. The tippy top of the large intenstines would be a little more exposed but I think the lungs would be in pretty decent shape (in the front of the body) with rib sets 12, 11, and possibly even 10 altered.
