I would definitely get a boob lift and maybe a reduction. Having between a DD and an G since I was 12 has not been kind to my body! Big boobs are heavy boobs, not perky boobs =(


I would love a whole new face, but I would be afraid of any errors people would make. Aesthetically, I do not trust people to have as good of taste as I do.  hahaha

I highly doubt I will ever have surgery, but if I did it would probably be boob reduction, and that only because my sister had it done and it went very well for her, she's quite happy now. But I think I will try to make my boobs smaller the natural way first lol and if they're still Ginormous and I can't stand it, reduction!

Oh god I'd get botox..jaw reconstruction..my ribs removed..an actual ass..lip reduction..nose job..fillers..yeah. I despise how I look! It's surprising that a lit of girls want implants..I've always wanted to get my boobs removed completely.

I would love to get my eyelid fix. When I was a kid I was attacked by a dog and had to get over 100 stitches on my face. I have a few scars but easy to cover up with make up.

I could never get plastic surgery. It just doesn't hold up well over time. It may look good right when you get it, but 10 years later it ends up looking really odd! Look at Courteney Cox, she was so beautiful when she was on friends, and now her face just looks strangely morphed from all the botox/fillers/surgery. I prefer to age naturally and gracefully.

Haha I think pain being beauty goes as far as plucking my brows and wearing uncomfy heals =L I'd never get surgery and have never considered it, tbh I only think it's acceptable for serious health issues-like Lipo for clinically obese people that physically can't lose the weight through good food and exercise, someone who just abit overweight is just lazy if they get Lipo (in my eyes) and it's acceptable for people who've been in accidents and want to put them selves back to the way they were (like burns and big scars and stuff) other than that I think people should embrace the way they look and be confident with it!

I've had dental implants done to replace two of my front teeth I was born without and I've had lasik eye surgery. If I could afford it I might have breast reduction done, I'm a 36DDD!
