The reason you're most likely getting acne on your back is because of the products you're using (whether it be condition in the shower dripping down your back or hairspray being sprayed when you're styling your hair). and your back is not being rinsed and washed afterwards properly. Be sure to drink more water and invest in a loofah with a long handle. You need to make sure that after your conditioner is rinsed out THAT's when you wash your back with the loofah. Your pores are getting dirty and blocked because you're not washing it properly. Make sure to lather up nicely with soap. As for using products when you're dry, be sure to wear a sweater or a shirt (instead of say a bra or tanktop) to avoid transferring anything to your skin.
Try and find out whether Salicylic Acid or Benzyl Peroxide work best for you and invest in a body wash that contains one or the other. I personally work best with BP, and SA does nothing for me, so do some research and try some products! (: Good luck!
