Delayed valentines date makeup/hair/clothes! help?!

My boyfriend of two years has been away at school so we didn't get to do anything for Valentines day...his spring break starts March 8th and we were going to spend that monday together all day...

Cute mostly natural makeup ideas? I have lots of shimmery colors and pinks

Now clothes! I know I'm going to be wearing a cute fitted black lace skirt but no idea what top...don't really have many fashionable tops but I may be able to buy one. Can't wear heels because he's like 2 inches taller than me so I'm thinking cute berry flats?

And hair~ I want to do a simple curly style without any crunchiness so tips? My hair is pretty easy to curl but getting it to keep it all day can be a challenge.

I greatly appreciate this, I really want him to come back and just be absolutely blown away ^^

Wouldn't be able to do the browns but might try with purples and pinks...will definitely try that with my hair!
