I've spent so much money trying to find a good shampoo and now my hair is thin, dry, flat and breakable.
I'm getting really upset so please if you have dealt with similar hair issues or use a really good shampoo (not super expensive!) then it would be great if you could help me out :)

Try sulfate free, paraban free, basically free of harsh chemicals too. Acure Organics, or a castile soap.

I use any shampoo that is sulfate free and take biotin vitamins. I also wash my hair every two days, sooner if it gets too greasy.

I will recommend this product until the day I die (or they stop making it!): Biotera! I have naturally curly hair that I straighten everyday, so it's typically dry. BUT, since I saw this stuff online at Sally's on sale for FIVE BUCKS (it's typically around seven or so, which still isn't bad at all) I had to have it. It hydrates my hair like no other and smells like heaven. I use the Long and Healthy kind. It's seriously amazing!
