So I have a sweet 16 to go to tomorrow night, and I'm stuck on make up ideas. I'm not a "make up master" so winged out eyeliner is a foreign language to me. My dress is a teal blue if that helps. This is what I look like, so if there are any colors that would look good on my face. Thanks :)
