This color is SHOCKing

The description says it all. A bright medium purple-pink with subtle blue shimmer, what's not to love???

This color packs a punch on the lids, and you can either pair neutrals with it to tone it down, or go for it with brights! As usual, the quality and pigmentation is superb for the 3 dollar price tag.

Try pairing this with a neutral peachy gold (like MAC All that Glitters eye shadow) on the lid. With a MAC 217 crease brush, blend Milani Shock into the socket/crease and outer corner of the eye. With the same brush, blend Shock down into the lower lash line too. Using a L'Oreal felt tip Liquid liner, line upper lashline and flick out slightly for a cute flirty wing on the eyes. Top with your favorite mascara.

For an even brighter look, pair this with a chartreuse shade like MAC chartreuse pigment. Place a neutral beige as a base (like Milani Sheer Sand or MAC Shroom), Put Shock all over the lid and blend up using a fluffy blending brush (either MAC 217 or MAC 224). Take your chartreuse pigment and blend it in the inner corner to inner lid, AND in the crease using the MAC 217. With a subtle nude cheek and lip, this is a balanced and colorful look sure to amaze :)
