How To Use

1. Apply the pencil under your brow following the arch and lightly blend.
2. For a more luminous arch appeal, apply two dots above your arch and blend.
3. To define a barely there tail, apply extra from your arch to the outer end of the brow only, then add two dots above the tail and blend.
