2 cups of sugar
1/4 of water
1/4 of lemon
But mix in plastic bowl.
Then out into pot on medium heat & stir. When it starts to boil lower to lowest heat & let it simmer. & then turn it up alil tiny bit & let it bowl. It should be a honey color & consistency. You culd to the spoon check. Get some with a spoon and put cold water if its like taffy then it's ready. It it's still watery. Let it keep cooking but not too much because it will turn hard like candy. & after pour into a glass container. & let it cool it's really hot.!
