Wow!!!

I got this as a sample in one my orders and let me tell you, I will never go back to wipes or any other makeup remover. This balm melts off even the most stubborn water proof mascara. Just be super careful with it when using it around the eye area. My sample sized one isn’t even gone yet and I plan on buying a full sized one with my next order!

I wanted to like this so much

I’m a pretty big fan of JSC so when his mascara came out, I was right on board. It’s a no from me dog. The packaging and the brush have HUGE potential and if this formula was revamped, it would be a knockout. But I found that this mascara with one swipe, was nice but didn’t give me as much coverage as I wanted. When I did a second coat, it would flake, get clumpy and look like spider lashes. I was going to just use up the bottle and call it an experience but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. Please consider fixing the flaking and spider lashes!

I received the Thirsty palette, mini controversy, a star mirror, setting powder, concealer, the five year anniversary lipsticks and the Gloss in Beaded glass. Out of everything, my only gripe is that my lipsticks are separated and super chunky. Other than that, well worth the money!

It’s okay but not my favorite

I’ve noticed that some people REALLY like his mascara and others don’t. I’m on the fence. As long as you do one coat, it does give me full lashes but if you do a second or third, you’ll get spider lashes. For his first mascara formula, it isn’t horrible, but once I’m finished with the tube I’ll be going back to Tarte’s Maneater mascara. The packaging and idea of it is very creative but I think the formula needs some tweaking.
