Beauty Product Reviews
Does the job!
I bought my very first EOS lip balm about a week ago in strawberry sorbet. To sum it up I would say if this was a different flavor and wasn't so disappointing when you get down to the bottom or when the dome goes away, I would give this product 5 stars. I really dislike the strawberry sorbet scent. It reminds me of the cheap lip products that come in the fake makeup kits that little girls get, fake strawberry flavor. It kind of reminds me of the smell of Sanrio, and I like that store, I just don't want that smell on my lips. It's pretty moisturizing, which is awesome. I've been having dry lips lately and this totally fixed the problem. I'll probably purchase this in another flavor in the future, maybe try the stick form instead also. It's pretty good for around $3.
Good product.
I'm not amazed by this product as a moisturizer, but I do like it. The application of this product is kinda weird. I feel like I have to hurry up and apply it all over my face before it "sets". It feels like a sun block when you first apply it, kinda...sticky? I like it a lot more after it's put on. No scent, kinda leaves a dewy look. I feel like this product does no tinting for me whatsoever, so I like to dab on some concealer and finish off with a powder. I'm not sure I'd buy it for its retail price (I got mine at Hautelook as well), but I like it.
Perfume of goddesses
Initially I was very intrigued by the ads I would see of this perfume in magazines. The scented paper samples smell sent me searching for a bottle of this. I love this perfume! It's hard to describe what it smells like because it's just so elegant. I titled my review as it is because it's the only way I can describe J'adore.
