Not what I expected.

I have fairly short lashes so I'm always on the pursuit of that perfect mascara. Does it lengthen my lashes? Absolutely, but why am I only giving it an "average" rating? Despite the fact that it lives up to its name, it leaves my lashes clumped and spidery. I thought this would be that all in one mascara. Lengthens, adds volume, and defines. Sadly, it was not.

The perfect crease color!

The texture of this eyeshadow is smooth, and very pigmented. I saw this shade while at my local Sephora and once I swatched it, I knew it would be perfect. Normally, I write very lengthy reviews for products I love, but in this case, all I can say is that it is simply amazing.

When I originally bought this product, I wasn't 100% happy. I didn't use it for a couple of months, but the other day I was in a rush, and I wanted a natural look. I used this quickly, and fell in love. Even though I have oily skin, I hate to look completely matte. This gave me a nice dewy finish without going overboard, however I must warn you that if you do use too much of this, your face is going to look extremely oily. Because this is a BB Cream, I wasn't expecting it to cover all my flaws. My acne scars are still visible, but because I use this when I want a natural look, I'm okay with it. I mainly use this during school because I don't like the feeling of wear a ton of makeup. Personally, I love this product, and would definitely repurchase this in the future.

I wore this to work one day, and my oh my, did I get a lot of compliments. I had so many people telling me that I was glowing! This is so much better than any other highlighter product by Benefit. It's great for day time, and perfect for night time.

Stunning pigmentation!

Recently, I've been on a Nars kick. I've purchased so many products from this brand, however I never had the chance to buy one of their highly renowned blushes. I was a bit overwhelmed by the color selection. I'm not one to dive in with crazy colors (and trust me, Nars has a lot of them) so the MUA at Sephora suggested Lovejoy because it was perfect for my complexion. This gave me that perfect "Back from the Beach" glow that I have so desperately been seeking (ironic because I live in Miami Beach, lol) I was amazed by the color pay off, yet saddened by the price. Regardless, I bought it anyways and this has quickly become one of my most used products.

The best!

Never using gel eyeliner before, I wanted to try something that was inexpensive. This is so amazing that I never found a reason to venture out and try other gel eyeliners. It's affordable, it's pigmented, it's smooth, it's long lasting, it's simply amazing!

Absolutely Amazing!

After seeing this product used in so many YT tutorials, I figured I would go ahead and give this blush a shot. With just one swipe of this coral-y pink blush, I understood why everyone was raving about it. It gave me a beautiful glow. Combined with Benefit's Hoola bronzer, this product gives you a beautiful sunkissed look no matter what time of the year. I highly recommend this product!

Not for me.

I ran out of my Secret Clinical Strength deodorant, and decided to pick Lavanila up because I had always heard good things about it. The scent is nice, not overpowering or anything. I'm going to get a bit personal, so don't freak out, but I have very sweaty pits. I live in South Florida, and even though it's the beginning of October, it's still very hot outside. This does not protect against sweat, and after a while the scent seems to fade away. I'd just rather stick with Secret then use this again. I need something strong for my armpits, and this just didn't cut it.

Surprisingly lightweight for a full coverage foundation!

I went to my local Sephora before I went to work in order to purchase this exact foundation. After hearing so many amazing reviews about this product, I just had to test it out myself. I went in sans makeup so that I could get a better view of how well the coverage was on my bare skin. I have a lot of acne scars (or at least I think I do because I'm the only one who notices them), so I wanted something that would cover them up without having to put on concealer. The sales associate there lead me to the door to get some natural light, and matched me. The second I looked in the mirror, my eyes were fixated on my left cheek. The acne scars were covered completely, and it didn't feel like I had on any makeup. I was sold right after that. I know for a fact that this will be my new go to foundation!

Perfect tool for those on the go.

I have extremely unruly brows. By the end of the day, if I'm not using some sort of brow wax or gel, they go every which way possible. I've joking called them the "Miley Cyrus brows" because they just cannot be tamed. Very few products help to control them and this just so happens to be one of them. I really like how it's more of a wax then a pencil. No matter what pencil I use, they never truly do what they're supposed to, which is to fill in my brows. This product not only fills in the sparsities, but helps keep the hairs in place. I also love the spoolie at the other end because I can blend everything out. Now, if you're wondering why I gave it four stars as opposed to five, it's because the wax sort of plucks the hairs out, which I don't like. I've noticed after one use, I'll always find at least 2 hair strands in the product. Other than that, I am very satisfied with this product.
